These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") govern access to and use of the website of Carrefour européen asbl (hereinafter "the Association"), available at the address carrefoureuropeen.org. By browsing this website, you fully and unreservedly accept these ToU. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the website.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These ToU are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the Judicial District of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction resulting from a particular law or regulation.
